Einari Jänisoja, who joined the Etha Wind team in October, works as a PV Engineer in solar power and grid connection projects. He has particularly strong expertise in the design and optimization of grid connections, the internal grid, and renewable energy power plants, such as wind farms. He has participated in almost 30 Finnish wind farm projects.
-I got off to a fast start at Etha Wind, and I quickly became familiarized with my job duties as well as the company’s services and working methods. Etha Wind’s work culture motivates you to do things fast, innovate, and grow the business. That said, the work has still been very flexible.
Industrial-scale solar power is still in its early stages in Finland, and Einari’s work has provided him a good opportunity to monitor and develop the market and different technical solutions.
-I have gained an increasingly broad understanding of the overall picture of wind and solar farm projects as well as the level of expertise required before the construction and electrical planning of wind and solar power plants can even begin, Einari says.
