Every engagement begins with screening and feasibility assessment, where we identify viable sites and configurations, run market and revenue simulations using our in-house modelling tool, and evaluate overall feasibility to confirm strategic fit and bankability. Based on that foundation, we manage and implement permitting and stakeholder work, aligning environmental and grid connection requirements, and prepare the studies and applications needed to navigate the Finnish and wider Nordic regulatory framework until building permit is in place.
As the project matures, we can manage investment preparations such as plant optimizations and concept engineering, and compile investment materials such as techno-commercial analyses and risk assessments that enhance investor assurance. We can then continue as your Owner’s Engineering partner, managing procurement and technical and legal advisory, as well as supervising construction through outsourcing to keep cost, quality, and schedule on track.
Ahead of energization, our preparations for operation include, for instance, warranties, compliance checks and supply chain due diligence to ensure a smooth handover to the operation phase.
When a sale or acquisition is the right path, we can act as your Transaction Advisor and provide full-scope M&A support on either the buy side or sell side – from valuation logic and process design to documentation, negotiations and closing, seamlessly integrated with the project development.
