Jessica is a Legal Counsel working in the Transaction Advisory Team at Etha as Transaction Manager.

Since joining Etha, Jessica has worked with technical due diligence, project agreements, company and project transaction management. Jessica also manages around 10 project companies on behalf of Etha’s clients.

Jessica’s focus at Etha is company and project brokerage and transaction advisory. She has during her time at Etha developed an extensive network of contacts in the field of renewable energy.

Prior to joining Etha in the beginning of 2023, Jessica has worked within the public healthcare industry, where she got experience of working with legal due diligence and contract law.

Jessica’s first language is Swedish. She is also fluent in English and has a good working proficiency in Finnish.
