In June 2022, Etha Wind performed Due Diligence services for Ilmatar to facilitate the arrangement of debt financing from a major European debt investor totaling in €144.5 million.
Etha Wind reviewed a portfolio consisting of 27 projects with a total capacity of approx. 3500 MW.
The scope included:
- Project specific reviews, focusing on land access, permit status, grid connection and wind resources, as well as ESG, project timetable and success rate evaluations
- Review of financial model assumptions
The project was managed by Caroline Kullbäck and included a team of seven persons.
