At the beginning of January, Etha Wind launched a different recruitment campaign to find an HR Manager. The company asked people to recommend suitable candidates in social media and promised to donate 100 euros per tip to Vaasa Food Aid.
– We had no idea how it would go, but we are very satisfied with the result. In total, we received 26 tips and over 20 job applications, says CEO Caroline Kullbäck.
Kullbäck is also happy that the campaign attracted so much positive attention. For example, Vasabladet wrote an article about it.
– Originally, we had promised to donate 100 euros per tip, but because we are so happy with the result, we decided to increase the amount. Vaasa Food Aid will therefore receive a total of 4,000 euros from us, Kullbäck promises.
